Submit Your Contract
Email the following required items to contracts@lptitlehrva.com and admin@cherrymanlaw.com: Fully executed contract, PICA and your clients email address and phone number. NOTE: Please mention if you have an admin or transaction coordinator fee.
Point of Contact
Your paralegal will be Christina Trone. Once your contract has been received, her contact information will be provided
Access Qualia Portal
Qualia is our secure digital closing portal. Both you and your client will receive access, allowing you to track your transaction, securely upload and manage documents, complete required tasks, and stay informed throughout the closing process
Submit EMD
Your buyer will receive a secure Qualia link to submit their Earnest Money Deposit electronically. Wire instructions are also available upon request.
Closing Day Preparation
Your closing will be conducted by attorney Kaytren A. Saunders at Cherryman Law, located at 291 Independence Blvd., Suite 201, Virginia Beach, VA 23462
